What videocard (from the list) should I buy to run GTA 4-5 at the best performance?

LightParticle

Here is the question.

Prologue:What I'm looking for is just cheap (or acceptable price) for videocard which can I use for some amount of time for run games under 2011-2012 years at acceptable performance/graphics-quality 'till I can save some money and buy a good videocard.

I have an offers in my local area from owners of second hand video card for sell.

Here is the list:

#1 R9 390 8gb (~70$)

#2 Rx550 4gb (~55$)

#3 rx560 2 gb sapphire (~55$)

Question:

As I assume best option is number #1. Is price good for this videocard? Could it run GTA 4 at high/ultra settings? What type of games videocard like this can run at max out settings?

I watched the benchmarks on youtube but it's all kind of relative because they use different settings of graphics settings in game and video chipset itself and they shows different FPS like 20's and 40's at the GTA V in different settings.

If you are in the US the price for R9 390 is good. GTA IV is a terrible port on PC, if you aren't aware, so don't expect very smooth gameplay on any hardware.

Oh yeah. I had some experience in this.... This game I wanted to play but I mentioned it because of example of PC hardware demanding game. Because I don't know what really should expect from videocard. I want games not beyond 2012 year but which can be run smoothly with non-ruined beauty of graphics by lowered video settings.

R9 390 will be good then, as long as the PSU can take it :)
