Few things:

-could save some money on a 3300X if it's just for gaming.

-B450 is a bit overpriced at the moment. Try and get the Tomahawk (~$110-120)/ MSI Mortar (~$90-100) /Asrock Pro4 (~$80) or a cheaper B550 board.

-Dont need 650W but it's one of the only well priced units in the US. 

-Can get 3200MHz memory if it's a significant saving

Should be able to bring the price below $1000 if you look out for some deals and keep an eye on those motherboards.

unless you need your pc no matter what now, wait till september for new ryzen CPUs and nvidia and amd GPUs to release
