which 2.5' SSD should I get out of these ones, and why?
Patriot P200 512GB vs Patriot Burst 480GB vs ADATA SU630 480GB

I can only choose between those (got a discount for them)
waiting for reply, thanks!

PS: I already use an m2 kingston 2000, I just need more storage and can only choose between those 3 since I have a big discount from this store I bought some other stuff from

Buy the 512gb one for a little bit extra storage but also check the read speeds the 480 may be much faster so then you can get that

the patriot 480 gb has 520 mb/s read while the patriot 512 gb has 460 mb/s read, now my question for you is..

does it really worth that speed difference to get the 480 gb one? cuz from 480gb to 512gb is indeed a semnificative more space..

also the 480 gb one has 32MB SDR DRAM Cache, does that matter? is it important?

those speeds won't realy matter.

Neither of these have a dram cache, so there all going to be pretty slow for a ssd. Id get the cheapest of all the three

Oh right, I did not notice that. @LazarOvidiu do you really not have any other options? Even a 2.5 inch HDD would be better than that, considering lack of DRAM cache.

these would be much better than a hdd for almost all uses.

Normally a ssd will have 1gb per tb of dram for the ftl, this is way to low, so its doing something to make it work, and doesn't have a full dram cache.

Um.. I really doubt a HDD would be better

and no, I can only have discount for one of those 3 and I will get the ssd for like -70% off..

and since it's a great deal I really want to use this discount coupon/code I have or else it will expire..

and the prices of those 3 ssds are the same

Don't be too worried about the whole DRAM cache, you'd have to have a really poor controller in order to have it affect you that much.

Are they faster? Sure.
Are they more expensive? Yes.

Same as always.
