Laptop USB port stop working after using USB Hub

Hi, im using ROG strix g731 with full 3 USB slot (mouse, wifi adapter, usb headphone) and recently I just connect a USB Hub to add a full size keyboard. Few day after i using the USB Hub 1 of my USB port is not working and i try many thing to diagnos the problem and the result is it cannot be use. It could still charge my phone (the USB port that not working) but couldnot access the phone (which normally it can) i try to connect my mouse, keyboard, and other stuff but notthing happen. So i just ignore it and use the USB Hub instead, and a few day of using the HUB my second USB port are having the same problem just like the first one which left me with just 1 USB port now. I donot know what happen with it did anyone know what happen with it or how to fix them?
