Yes, but I would say it depends on what language you use.
I personally preffer VSCode for C# and Webpack for JS.

I love it. I’ve used it for basic html, css, and JavaScript for a couple years now.

I am far from an expert in this so please correct me if I’m wrong.

I am going to open a .xml with it, the setting menu font is to small in game & need to change control setup.
