kernel data inpage error BSOD

my father’s laptop had this bsod one in a few days. how do i fix this?

run a memtest and check the hard drive with crystal disk info

since 2013 . i did a crystaldiskinfo and it is at caution health but i haven’t done the memtest yet.

what memtest? is it the memtest86?

also before the this bsod this also happend

yes and it also might be worth trying reinstalling windows and see if its a system file issue
