I have a i5-9600KF and it overclcok at 5.2ghz with 1.300v and I was wondering is it a safe overclock or not?

my spec:

i5-9600kg

16gb ram 2400mhz CAS 16 OC at 3000mhz (corsair LPX) 

Aio is NZXT M22 or M11

psu is a corsair CX600 

motherboard is a Asus Z370-P II or something like that

and my GPU is a RTX 2060

1.3V is fine for 24/7 use, though I'd be wary of temps with just a single slim 120mm radiator AIO.

Also I'd suggest getting a new power supply. The CX600 is old, and wasn't great even at the time of its release.
