So I recently purchased an HP EliteDesk SFF computer. All stock hardware in it; AMD A6 PRO-7400B R5, 8GB DDR3 RAM at 1600 MHz*, 1TB HDD. Now, I know this isn't a powerhouse, don't really need it to be but she's got some legs on her. I'm looking at upgrading the CPU, RAM, and adding a graphics card. Now for the main help request since I've been out of the game too long, is performing standard upgrades worth it or should I just cut my losses and find an alternate machine? I have no reservations apart from size, smaller physical size is better as is price. If anyone could help me out I would be very appreciative

That box uses entirely proprietary form factor parts. You can't install a better PSU, or motherboard, FM2+ is basically a dead socket, most better GPUs are not half height.

About the only real thing you could upgrade here realistically is the RAM and that won't do a whole heck of a lot for you performance wise.

I'd flip it for whatever I can get and find a box that uses standard form factor components.
