What graphics card should i get?

The Mule Man

I have an intel i5 2600 2.7 ghz 8 gb of ddr4 ram, my power supply should have enough juice to power most graphics cards, I want to stop useing intigrated graphics and to be able to run games like borderlands 3 without turning everything to low with 30 fps, what gpu should I get?

Non coated

Doubt it has any protections

I would first spend some money on something that won't blow up.

Consider getting a better PSU first. Then something like an RX570 or used RX580 would be good

PC

Ryzen 5 2600 Stock

Sapphire Nitro+ Special Edition Radeon RX580 8GB (Would Recommend)

Gigabyte B450M DS3H (Don't recommend)

Hyper 212 RGB Black Edition

Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB DDR4 3000MHz CL15

Phanteks P300 (Would Recommend)

Kingston A400 240GB SSD

Seagate BarraCuda 1TB HDD

Corsair CX550M 550W  80+ Bronze

Deepcool FH-10 Fan Hub

3x BeQuiet Pure Wings 2

Peripherals

Budget ?

Something cheap but has the proper protections would be a cv450

Or a vs 450

Something better but still budget oriented

Would be the cx450.

Look at the PSU tier list in the sub-forum and pick something from the B or higher tier if possible. Pricing varies wildly by country so you'll have to shop around

Sound Card: DirectX Compatible

RECOMMENDED:
Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
OS: Windows 7/10 (latest service pack)
Processor: AMD Ryzen™ 5 2600 (Intel i7-4770)
Memory: 16 GB RAM
Graphics: AMD Radeon™ RX 590 or NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
DirectX: Version 12

Quite a bit of wiggle room to play that game. Like someone already mentioned an RX 570 or RX 580 is a good choice.
