The 750ti has a low power draw, allowing you to get a smaller PSU.

The 660 is more powerful.

 

I would go with one of these.

for a buget pc sould i go for gtx660 or gtx750ti or r7 260x or wait for r7 265.

it is a gaming pc

I don't know where you're located, but if it's in North America, they have a price premium on AMD cards...
