I turned on my pc, and I got a power cycle. Like when you first boot up a pc. And then everything else works fine. This wasnt happening yesterday or anything.

So was it not working yesterday but it is today?

But could it be an issue?

unlikely if its all working now without issues. if the issue replicates itself maybe, just saying its unlikely

It's just the RGB turning off, the rest obviously isn't. Probably initializing or something...

Ok you are not describing the issue very well. [I watched the video] It looks to me like there may be an issue BUT I cant tell. To me it looks like the pc is just doing self tests and it cycles up.

What part of this was the pc not doing before?

It wasnt doing any of that, the fans would ram up and then back down while all the rgb is on and everything.

Since I dont have any rgb I cant speak directly to why it is doing this. I would check to see if there are any issues being flagged by the system.
