In-Depth Benchmarking?

Hi all, I'm interested in maximum optimization for my games so I'm looking for a program to monitor all performance aspects in-depth. Game FPS counters and the occassional peek at my rainmeter CPU, GPU, and RAM monitors work somewhat, but I'd like to find and use a program that lets me start a benchmark and after it's finished, I could see performance more in-depth, showing any dips in FPS and my high points. Any help is appreciated 馃槃
