Streaming Second PC

Hello i am a streamer who plays COD Warzone.. I have a 2 pc setup with an elgato capture card. the hd60 to be exact. 

These are my specs:

Gaming PC: (play on low settings for max fps) 

Monitor: 240hz alienware....

Cpu: amd ryzen 3700x 8 core processor

Gpu: Rtx 2080 Super

Ram: 40gb

Windows 10 Pro

 

Streaming PC:

monitor: 60hz samsung monitor

Cpu: i7 6700k 3.40ghz
Gpu: Gtx 1070

Ram: 32gb of ram

this was my gaming pc which is now my streaming had it for about 3 years now.... Everything is still really clean and seems in good shape.

anyways i tried streaming in 1920x1080 30 fps using game capture hd to stream at 6mb. but the quality is just so bad to me. im getting a little fuzzy or pixelated type of video on my camera via watching the stream.

my wifi is really good

Upload:40.6 mbps

 

btw i tested obs and the best streaming software i seen yet is game capture hd for my quality...

You've got a 2080 Super, why not just take advantage of NVENC? It will offer very solid quality with a negligible performance hit, and won't requrie you to run a whole other computer alongside your main one.

Btw That link to my stream is my second pc streaming my gaming pc with the capture card... If you’d like I can do a test stream where I stream on my gaming pc using the  nvenc encoder

The quality looks decent for a stream. If you want it to be any better you'll have to bump the bitrate up, but whether you can do that or not will depend on your upload speed.

This page looks to offer pretty much everything you need to know, and when it comes to bitrate they recommend at least around 10-12Mbps for 1080p 60FPS (also btw, for the sake of you and everyone watching, I'd bump the framerate up to 60 for the stream).

The new NVENC encoders are really great and match or beat the x264 encoder on Medium or higher with less performance issues and not needing a 2nd pc.

 

However,  do you have a sample of what you mean by bad quality?

ohhhhh maybe this is why....

i was streaming at 1920x1080 60 fps at only 6000 bit rate with my gaming pc.... i’m probably just going to have to bump that up a lot then! My thing is i just hate looking at a fuzzy or pixelated stream! i like good pure quality! also that link i provided is my second stream pc and it was streaming at 6.50 mbps almost the max bit rate that game capture hd software offers... unfortunately though i have to try all these things out tomorrow to see if it fixes because in my area the provider that i have is performing routine system maintenance  anyways i’ll keep everyone posted! thank you to everyone who is helping me out i appreciate:) hopefully it all works
