I work in a computer repair shop, has to be one of the worst, and absolute best side panel solutions. Metal grill cut from a window well, and nickels for washers! :D

Throw a few burgers on that grill, the psu is providing plenty ketchup and mustard 😂😂

Personally, i find it hilarious, I am not sure why they just didnt pickup a pack of washers that cost less than that lol.

However, nickels used in that application are considered illegal per 18 USC §333:

Quote

Whoever mutilates, cuts, defaces, disfigures, or perforates, or unites or cements together, or does any other thing to any bank bill, draft, note, or other evidence of debt issued by any national banking association, or Federal Reserve bank, or the Federal Reserve System, with intent to render such bank bill, draft, note, or other evidence of debt unfit to be reissued, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.

Very unlikely that anyone would go after someone defacing less than a dollar lol.

Might be illegal but honestly I have never actually heard of a major case of someone destroying money, usually you just keep it :D

It must be fun working in a computer repair shop. I bet you see some funny stuff come in there all the time.

My guess would be the nickels are an inducement for any would be thieves to please take it (this and twenty cents). 😄

this is some trailer park shit

It looks like a cat might have pissed in it at some point.

I'm guessing the person who owns it was leaving the side off to cool it.

Then had to put the grill on to keep the cat from using it as a litter box.
