As for the "spot" on the GPU

I don't know if your referring to the soldering on it or what ?

yesterday I swapped my PSU to a new one after that when I turned on my pc the graphics card has no output but the fan was running I connected my HDMI to my motherboard it turned on

I disconnected and reconnected my graphics card but still no luck. is my graphics card dead or I need to replace my mobo

If your PC turns on, if you connect the HDMI cable to it while the graphics card is still inserted into the PCIe slot, at least it isn't shorting or anything.

DId you actually connect all the PCIe power connectors to the graphics card?
Can you just check in the windows device manager whether or not your card pops up?

My 1050ti took its' power from the PCI-e slot... depends on the exact model.

Current PC spec. in my profile.
Can I realistically call myself a gamer, if I only play ONE, twenty year old game...?

Did you test boot it, before you built in into the case?

WHY NOT...?!

Re seat the GPU

Try maybe cleaning the pcie slot

Check for any burnt spots on it

Or the pcie slot or the pins on the card

Try it in a different pcie slot ( if possible ) or a different PC

It doesn’t seem to have any burnt spots or anything unusual on the graphics card nor the PCIE slot but it does have a little gunk or something in the pcb

Shouldn't affect anything

As for the pcie slot

If you can't clean it now then the last thing is either try it in a different system or a different pcie slot
