Windows 10 license

Hello i was wondering if i need to get new license fro my new computer? 

I have windows activation page saying this (picture) so do i need to buy new license for my new pc or would it be fine for me to just log in to this account?windoes.thumb.PNG.076925f7b7ef5f17fb63f36ecc154b62.PNG

You would have to transfer the license to the new machine. The Microsoft website has a simple guide on how to do that. But your old PC (PC from the screenshot) would no longer be registered.
