PC build for 3d Modelling, Texturing and rendering

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: 3d works and light gaming. Softwares mainly using will be Maya, ZBrush. Substance Painter.

 

 
I am new to building PC, i need some advice on the selected components as those are above my budget. is there any possible way to reduce the cost?
Also, i chose AMD Ryzen 7 2700x instead of ryzen 5 3600x for the core and thread count and same price. Was the decision good?
want to know if there is any difference between MSI B450-A PRO and MSI B450 Tomahawk as Tomahawk is 20% more expensive.

The Tomahawk is a better Motherboard and because of the 2700X is the best 2nd gen Ryzen chip (excluding Threadripper) you should go with this one. Check if the programs you'll ve working with prefer better Singlecore or Multicore-Performance and choose The R5 3rd gen if first or R7 2nd gen if second. As for PSU look at the PSU Tier List and take good one. Maybe your programs like nVidia but check the 5600XT.
