Since none of the typical solutions seem to work, you could try disconnecting your boot drive. Sometimes this causes the motherboard to default to the BIOS on power-up.

u mean strating the pc without the boot drive?
should I disconnect the storage drive too?

Yes.

Shouldn't be necessary if it's a separate physical drive from the one your OS is installed on.
