cannot acces BIOs on asus x570-E with win 10

F2 doesn't work
del doesn't work
fast boot is turned off
advanced stard doesn't work

just upgraded to the x570 e
everything installed

Since none of the typical solutions seem to work, you could try disconnecting your boot drive. Sometimes this causes the motherboard to default to the BIOS on power-up.

u mean strating the pc without the boot drive?
should I disconnect the storage drive too?

Yes.

Shouldn't be necessary if it's a separate physical drive from the one your OS is installed on.

Does it boot Linux live systems? If the mainboard is listed in fwupd, you can still try updating it.

fwupdmgr get-devices

 

If it's listed, try

fwupdmgr refresh

fwupdmgr get-updates

fwupdmgr update
