Hi i play 1440p 144hz and i'm having a hard bottleneck the link below is high quality 2k settings and top left cpu and gpu usage
I'll be upgrading in 3 months but is there any way to soften the bottleneck?

Overclock your cpu to keep up. But that’s about it I wouldn’t say this is a “huge bottleneck” either. If your getting enough frames then don’t upgrade. If you want more performance, buy the latest tech. I would wait for ryzen 4000 series though .

Cant OC that cpu.

close everything in the background.

 

I'd run smartclose from

It will kill everything that is nonessential.

 

See if that make a difference

nah i'm going full new build with the rtx 3080 when its out like the day its in stock i'm changing pc's

Not the biggest bottleneck

You can really "soften" a Bottleneck tho 

Other than over clocking ( which you can only change the BCLK with this cpu assuming you have a z board )

Don't replace the 2070 super 

Just get zen 3 and that will be just fine

I'm tired of less than 144 hz in games and i'm not going to replace a cpu alone not worth it i got the 2070 super for actual 200 bucks *don't ask if a new gen is coming no point in waiting and upgrading mid way to next gen so ill just buy something top end and have my fun with it for the next 4-5 years then switch again
