2009 broken iMac worth it

I have found an iMac 2009 model on gumtree for $50 

here is a pic of description

 

 

 

it does mention its does not boot they suspect it is the power supply or monitor any repairs for both

Not worth it unless you want it as a parts machine or for some reason really want a C2D iMac.
