All Microsoft games stopped working

Alright, so ill just start off by saying om not very good with software, so i was not able to figure out how to fix it. All i can say that happened is that i wanted to see my frame rate. So when i turned it on, it said i needed to grant a program permission to make changes and crap. Given it was a Microsoft program that requested the permission, i was pretty trusting. Next it said i was going to have to reset my PC. Which i promptly did. I only had two Microsoft games, The Outer Worlds and Halo MCC. (they were free with my game pass). Before i did this, everything worked fine, but now Halo will completely crash my PC, and The Outer Worlds just wont load past the main menu. i tried contacting Mircrosoft, but they were no help. Anyone have any ideas as to fix this? It's not a huge issue given i only had two games, but I'd still like to have The Outer Worlds for free.

And did you try to remove it?
