I was hopping you guys could help me plan out my PC upgrade path.

      I currently running;

            i7-3770

            32gb ram

             gtx670

 

I have tried to add a GTX1050TI but got really bad results, almost like the card was not compatible.

 

Can this setup be upgraded to be able to run games and stream online? or Should i just build a whole new system? My budget for a new system would be around $1500 - $2000 but of course i would rather same money and upgrade my current set up.

I assume you didn't ddu the gpu drivers after you installed the new 1050ti, thats why you got bad results.

 

I'd hold on to the stup for now and then upgrade at 4th gen and ampere.

game yes, stream, not so much. You'd probably be looking for a 3700x or similar to have pleasant simultaneous gaming and streaming.
