i rechecked again.
both have 100% same settings after factory reset.
and it does not have anit blue light mode on the right monitor

Blue was already maxed
So what i did is on RED i decrease the value for second monitor and they both look almost same on white and also on red.
So i think its the closest i can go.

I have two same monitors hp z23i. Graphics card is gtx 1070 Ti.

But the right one gives me yellowish tint. I'm not sure what is the issue.
They both are connected to DP Cable. What i have done so far:

  • Swapped both DP cables but the right screen still shows the yellow tint
  • Swapped dp port from graphics card but the right screen still shows the yellow tint
  • Did factory reset both monitor from OSD Options
  • After factory reset, i matched the same settings from OSD for both monitors

can you please tell me what should i do next?
I also attached a picture below (Took from mobile) but it shows the different

I had the same issue with two of my HP work monitors. Just adjust the color correction in the OSD of the yellower one (add blue) to match the other one.

I think it comes down to individual variations in panels and build times.

is there some kind of anti blue light mode on the right monitor?

Anything i've written between the * and * is not meant to be taken seriously.

keep in mind that helping with problems is hard if you aren't specific and detailed.

i'm also not a professional, (yet) so make sure to personally verify important information as i could be wrong.

This is perfectly normal (not good, but normal for most displays).

Every individual unit will have a different factory calibration, even those of the same model. Manufacturers dont bother to carefully calibrate every unit that leaves the production line, they only do that for very expensive high end professional displays, even then a manual calibration by the user can give better results.

90% of all monitors below £1000 will have poor calibration. The likely hood is that 99% of everyone on these forums are running displays that are un-calibrated, and as such they are not seeing their games and movies exactly as the creator intended. How far away from the intended colors, contrast, and brightness the image is, is down to luck/panel variance, some may have relatively good factory calibration, many wont.

In fact, many people find calibrated displays rather lackluster, as they are so used to highly oversaturated displays, that calibrated ones look 'bad' to them.
