They don't make a 1.5tb model, and evo or pro? What model?

Intel Optane 905 P Series 480 GB (windows 10 pro boot drive)

this is way overkill, but if you have money to burn, its slightly faster.

how about this https://pcpartpicker.com/product/pBYQzy/asrock-z490-taichi-atx-lga1200-motherboard-z490-taichi

Then put the ssd and 10gbe nic in the slots

Can Anyone help me choose the best of the best:

1. CPU(i was thinking Core i9 10900k)

2. Intel Optane

And i was thinking that any could tell me that

"is another storage is required when you install INTEL OPTANE 905P"

We really need to know what your planning on using the PC for... "best" means very different things depending on application.

140 hz

What resolution? 140 Hz is not hard to drive at all if its 1080p...

Remember, this build should make sense, not just "be the best". If you are using a 140 hz 1080p monitor and you spend 2500 bucks on the PC, you should really reduce that to ~1700 on the PC and get a better monitor. You can build a PC that maxes out 140hz 1080p for 1200 bucks...

For Gaming and also for Solidworks(single core) with Quadro P6000

Are you buying that new? Id get a newer rtx version, no use buying a last gen part.

Why get optane? Id just get a normal nand ssd, probably 10900k here

But, yes. If you want the most FPS, 10900k, overclocked as much as you can, 4000 MHz RAM at as low timings as you can buy (then try and oc from there), and a 2080ti. Storage speed doesn't matter at all, so Optane won't help. Sure, optane is great, but it has no affect on gaming....

I know but in graphics work this is the best choice ever.

How big are you project files? Normally optane just won't matter as everything is copied to ram anyways.

Also get a newer quadro, if you got a unlimited budget no reason to get a last gen card.

Sure, but for graphics work (depending on what your doing) wouldn't a Ryzen chip with more cores make more sense? If your workflow actually dictates the use of optane, we need to better understand what exactly your doing.

I am a photographer and shoot d850, so short of going medium format, I have about as many megapixles and thus largest file size of any stills camera, and I didn't really see much difference at all going from a standard SSD to an NVMe SSD..... Not saying all the workloads are the same, they are not. But, spending money just to spend money on optane and a 10900k seems a bit.... strange? If your an enthusiast and have money to blow, sure.

what do you mean by memory drive.

Its a nvme drive, it works like any other nvme drive.

Can you make a full parts list of pcpp?
