The date remains the same I tried fixing the issue by connecting the PC to internet and syncing it with windows time server. It fixed the issue but now again facing the issue.

Is it a problem with the BIOS or the CMOS battery ? This is a new PC only around 5 to 6 months old.

Your pc clock is not meant to fall behind that quickly.

Are you on the latest BIOS version?

Didn't check.

Probably worth checking. Otherwise I would get a new battery as it doesn't seem to work well. Have you tried taking that battery out and putting it back in?

I haven't as I'm too scared to take it out.

I have checked my BIOS version is 1823 and on ASUS site the latest one listed is 2006.

It's not that scary. It's removable for a reason!

It might help getting this update. It's quite unlikely though.

Get a new CR2032 battery just to be sure that's not an issue.  It's safe to replace the battery, nothing to worry about.

Still, the battery is just to preserve the clock and settings while the pc is turned off or unpluged from mains, while the pc is plugged in the chip that does the time will be powered from the 5v standby of your power supply... so battery in unlikely (but not impossible) to be the issue.

Read the notes regarding the bios update and if there's nothing bad about (like for example the update removing support for your processor for example) then consider upgrading. If your pc works fine (time issue excluded) don't rush into upgrading, it most likely won't solve this "clock too fast" issue.

Today I ran into a small issue when I pressed the power on button on my case the PC refused to boot up then I tried after few minutes by holding on the power key and it booted up straight without any problems except the clock problem. Do you think my CMOS battery caused that too ?

No. If the CMOS battery wasn't working correctly, the pc would boot up regardless

The issue fixed automatically though I turned it on after few months by holding the power on key for few seconds I restarted it again and also shut down and power on again but I didn't encounter it again.

Did you have a UPS? This seems to be common for India, I guess due to unstable power grid.
