Im thinking of getting my father a computer.  All he needs is a system to browse websites and maybe watch youtube videos even at 480p would be better than what he is doing now.  Im thinking about buying this system.

well It's windows 7 which is super outdated at this point and prone to attacks and viruses since microsoft doesnt support it but for basic web browsing its fine i guess but you should try to get windows 10 and obviously a ssd 

I am NOT a professional and a lot of the time what I'm saying is based on limited knowledge and experience. I'm going to be incorrect at times.

well I mean windows 10 is free if it comes down to that...

Not bad, except for the price. That's way too much to spend on a unit like that. You can pick them up, with some patience, for about $50 on eBay.
