Cannot Automatically Detect Proxy Settings On ANY Computer on Network

Hello All,

I'm running into significant issues with my home network and am hoping someone can help.  I tried to put as much information as I could think of here but if there are any questions let me know.

All the computers on my network have just randomly started throwing the error "Windows could not automatically detect this network's proxy settings".  Everything was working fine maybe 2 days ago but I had to wipe my main computer and resinstall the OS for unrelated reasons.  After that finally got up and running yesterday afternoon everything was working perfectly.  This morning I woke up and its all a mess...  No changes were made overnight and im the only one here so no one could have messed with any of the computers or network.  No real changes were made to any other computers on the network.

* All computers are Windows 10 Pro (updates current within the past week)

* All computers can still access the internet

* All computers can still access network shares DIRECTLY (mapped) but they DONT all show up in the "network explorer".  They all showed up fine yesterday.

* Three of four computers are wired and have two NICs plugged in. (was trying to team or bridge but got BSOD on all computers attempting that so deleted all bridges. Not sure if related??)

* All computers have manual IPs assigned through router.

* All computers have SMB1.0 enabled because they couldnt see each other without it.  After enabling all computers can see all shares as they should.

* Home built computer is running NORDVPN via windows program.  Archive "Server" has program installed but it is not connecting to VPN

* Pihole on Raspberry Pi was formatted and updated to version 5.0 and then reconfigured yesterday afternoon but appears to be working correctly

Network:

* Router - Asus RT-AC86U

* Switch - TP-Link Jetstream2 TL-SG3424

* Raspberry Pi 3 - Pi-hole Version v5.0  |  WIRED

* Home built - 3900x  |  Asus X570-E  |  32GB RAM  |  RX580  |  Build 1909  |  WIRED

* R720XD - Dual Xeon 2620  |  224GB RAM  |  Intel X540 network Card   |  Build 2004 |  WIRED

* Archive "Server" - Athlon II x4 610e  |  Gigabyte GA-880GA  |  8GB RAM  |  Build 1909  |  WIRED

* Surface Pro 4 - I7-6650U  |  8GB RAM  |  Build 1909  |  Wireless

Network Config: (not sure if its needed/helpful but still)

Modem --> Router -->  Patch Panel --> Switch  --> Computers

All wired computers are plugged directly into TP-Link Switch

What Ive Tried: (not in any real order)

* Reset Winsock (All Computers)

* Reset TCP/IP

* Reset network adapters (All Computers)

* Checked to ensure "automatic" is set for proxy settings (All Computers)

* Restarted All computers, router, switch, and pihole

* Ensured all computers are showing in router and have correctly assigned IPs in the DHCP server manual assignment

* Used the ever so helpful windows troubleshooter to no avail

* Checked for updated network adapter drivers (none)

I appreciate any help or direction anyone can provide.

Looby
