A couple of things

Is there any debug led ?

Have you tried switching your monitor to dp?

Is the PSU on ?

Reseat the GPU

Make sure the cable is connected properly (although this is highly unlikely)

Okay, did you by chance try what @TofuHaroto suggested?

If there are Debug LEDs which ones are lit up or what codes it cycling?

Is your monitor switched to the correct input?

Your MoBo has EZ Debug LEDs on the top right. when you hit the power button these will begin to flash or cycle if it gets stuck on one that will help us figure our your issue.

The monitor will only turn on and say no signal and turn off after 10 seconds, and idk which lights are debug leds, the gpu led is on like normal, the mobo light is on like normal,

There's 4 little LEDs they will most likely be different colors. from the top it goes

-CPU

-DRAM

-VGA

-BOOT

If there's and issue with posting one of these lights will stay lit

Thank you, I've never seen a MoBo with LEDs on the back of it.

This is interesting, from what i can kind of see it looks like you have your monitor plugged into your MoBo not your GPU, is this the case? with no Debug LEDs on it seems there were no issues posting.

I'm kind of lost here honestly, do you possibly have an HMDI cable lying around to test if maybe it's just your DP cable? there seems to be an issue but it doesn't seem to be your computer.

Also to get an internet connection if you're using an ethernet cable you will automatically have internet most likely, if on wifi you need to boot into something.

+1 on try a different cable.

If there's one thing I've learnt it's reseat components and try a different cable. It can save a lot of time trying to diagnose complicated issues that don't exist.

Also maybe try a different monitor or plug into your  TV.

Your monitor isn't what it going to stop you from connecting to the internet. If you already have an OS installed and trying to use some sort of Remote access your monitor isn't going to stop any of that.

I think your Internet connection is not really a priority atm.

Do you have access to another pc that you could use to try and narrow down the issue?

OK so that rules out the monitor and cable you used to connect the laptop. I was going to suggest putting your Gpu into another pc, but that's not going to work with a laptop.

It's a matter of trying different things to track down the which component(s) causing the issue.

Try your Gpu in a different pcie slot

Try it in a friend or relatives pc.

Try a different gpu in your yours.
