In case you are not aware...

Going with any of the CPUs you mentioned will require a motherboard change.

8th and 9th Gen Intel CPUs are on LGA 1151 "rev2", so you'll need 300-series motherboard.

Your current motherboard paired with your i7-6700 will not work.
