CPU issues

so i built my first computer today

issues have started to arrise pretty fast

i've noticed my Ryzen 3 3300x spiking all the way up to 70% usage of just windows updates and hitting 4.6ghz

my ram is also 2133mhz so if anyone could help me with fixing these issues i would appricate it 

specs are 

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 3300X 3.8 GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: Gigabyte B450 AORUS M Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard 
Memory: G.Skill Aegis 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory 
Storage: PNY CS900 120 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive 
Storage: Seagate Barracuda Compute 2 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 970 4 GB STRIX Video Card 
Case: Cooler Master N200 MicroATX Mini Tower Case
Power Supply: Corsair CX (2017) 650 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

Is this really an issue? windows updates can destroy cpus with smaller core counts

All DDR4 will run at 2133mhz by default, even if you buy 3800mhz sticks it will default to that, you need to go into your bios and look at XMP/DOCP settings

basic guide (or just google it):

It is also good rule of thumb to set your FClock to half of your RAM speed for Ryzen, so in your case ~1600mhz

new to the whole system here so i've never really known much about how updates destroy it lol

2400mhz is also a default Jedec ;)
