It'll be fine. Something will always be a "bottleneck", especially when you shove that much GPU into a system. Overclock if you want, but make sure it's stable and the temperatures are acceptable. (<85 C, or <75 C if you're paranoid)

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

SLI support these days is just poor. Many games don't get ANY more FPS than with just 1 of the same GPU. Other games have very bad microstuttering. (Good FPS but heavy stuttering). Just save your Money, maybe sell your 2070 Super and get a more powerful GPU when RTX 3000 is here.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.

Don't buy a 2070 super for SLI. Game support is terrible.

Save your money for the next gen AMPERE (rtx 3000 series), and don't worry about your CPU, it's powerful enough for something like a future 3070 or 3080. (in fact its a really decent chip)
