Asking about Cougar Gx-f psu

In the psutierlist cougar gx-f (aurum) is in tier A. But only cougar gx-f is available in my region. Is cougar gx-f non aurum tier A psu? 

 

I wanna build a mid tier PC with 2600 (there's no 1600AF here so 2600) with 1660 super. Cougar gx-f price is actually a bit over my budget range but i can afford it. (around 10-20 bucks above corsair cx550, i initially wanted to go with cx550).

That means that both 'Cougar GX-F' and 'Cougar GX-F Aurum' are in the same position, otherwise it would've been just 'Cougar GX-F Aurum'.
