Does the watermark that you get when you don't activate windows stay on the screen while playing games and running other programs, or is it just on the home screen?

You can also get keys alone for 15-20 $ on many gamekey sites just saying.

Well they are just OEM keys. People like Dell or HP include them in their prebuilts. You can just activate Windows with these keys like when you buy a license in retail.

If the old licenses got upgraded to Windows 10 for free and get then reused it should work 

 

Edit : the key doesnt need to be upgraded
