i have an issue with usb ports.when connect usb keyboard or mouse they wont work properly.its typing doubles mouse scroll whell not working at all .in gaming with arrow keys movement cannot get smoothly.so i changed the keyboard / mouse but problem persist.i guesed if this was the problem

Is it with specific usb ports or all of your usb ports?

USB is a serial port and generally not a cause with system start-up. Are you trying to limit the drivers loading to identify the issue with your ports?

 

Also, it is possible that the ports could be physically damaged?

no.there is no limits for usb.how ever this is a brand new m/b more than 3 years now.i dont think there is a posocal damage beacuse i didnt move this m/b or damaged by any single screw..however all usb ports are same with this issue.after all i tried out ps/2 k/b and it worked with gaming and basic works.
