I will be streaming and playing games in Ultra 1080p with hoping for over 60 FPS all times.

if the build is for gaming, don't get the i7, get the i5 instead and put the extra money for the GPU

well if power isnt an issue and u dont care about gamestream or use anything that loves cuda get a 280x.

You could go down to an i5 for the cpu. As for you it's toss up. Mantle seems to be improving so the amd cards are more appealing. If you are unaffected by exceptionally high 280x prices and low stock and you don't like nvidia shield and g-sync and have no intention of recording games get the 280x.

What SLS said, mantle is not something you should consider when choosing a GPU, so i5 and GTX 780.

Try make me a build thats same budget that includes a 780 then? max £950. Its pretty much impossible

Double the storage on the SSD and HDD. You don't really need to overclock so you can save a bit of money on both the Central Processing Unit and the Motherboard there. Other than that, pretty much a similar build at a better price.
