Mouse takes a while to start

So, when I boot my computer the mouse takes a minute or two to kick in and start working, I have done a fresh install of windows 10, I have tried different USB ports from 2.0 to 3.0, I have installed the mouse software fresh multiple times and nothing fixes it. It is a cooler master MM710, and I am running windows 10 pro 64 bit.

I have, does the same thing, might be the onboard memory or something

Probably a mouse problem. This usually seems to affect the keyboard as well
