Issue With Closing Ubuntu Software Center While Using Cairo

Alright, so I'm using Cairo on my Ubuntu laptop as the main interface. I like it a lot, but one issue. Whenever I attempt to close Software Center the "normal" way, it doesn't close. The buttons gray out and I have to go down to the Cairo taskbar to close it. Is there any kind of fix to this, or is it a bug?
