Bluetooth Reciever for PC?

I don't know which receiver to use for my PC. I just recently got a RK71 Keyboard and wanted to use on both PS4 and PC. I got it to work on my PS4 flawlessly but I just realized I have not got a bluetooth receiver on my PC. Could you guys please help me find one for keyboards and earphones? Thanks!

More or less anything with Bluetooth 4.0 would do the job, they're around $10 on amazon.
