2600 Temperature question

I have a 2600 not overclocked with a Cryorig H7 as its cooler. Lately I've been playing lite games such as minecraft and while playing minecraft I have on my second screen youtube or netflix. While im playing in certain sequences I can hear the CPU cooler fan to ramp up and when I watch HWinfo I can see that the temps spike up to like 63 and then go back to the 46 - 52 range. Is that spike normal or should I be worried?

That's pretty normal, you can try running a lower LLC to see if those temp spikes are reduced but you may run into stability problems if voltages fall short of what's needed.
