There's massive import charges from Canada to Europe.

A lot of manufacture's stores ship within Europe. I know EVGA does and I think EKWB does too. I personally use Scan most of the time, but they only ship to the UK ):

You could try looking on ebay for sellers based in Europe, (probably UK) that will ship to somewhere else in Europe.

Import fees vary from country to country so he might be fine.

It's something he'd have to look into.

If it's shipped within the EU from the EU, then there aren't any import taxes or customs fees. Something to do with open circulation. Places like the US and Canada have pretty big import taxes on computer components.

true true, but norway got their own thing going with taxes, gotta pay em regardless where the item comes from. its like 25% of the total price on the incomin pack.

Please go to the FAQ for a list of retailers. Aqua tuning sounds like your best bet though.

Yep Aquatuning is your best bet mate, I'm sure if you give Specialtech a call, they can advise you their shipping. Better still go over onto their forum, and set up a thread for Ayd or Rootz, they'll get you sorted mate.

http://www.digitalimpuls.no/ is a retailer in Norway, but they got hefty prices on some of the things. So incase you don't want to deal with extra in shipping and customs fees, they are an option.

For instance I ordered my fittings from performance-pcs.com and saved about $150.

Otherwise I'd follow Ghosts, go look on the FAQ, most shops there ships internationally.
