Hi i have i5 2400 cpu and im looking for low profile gpu that will not bottleneck with my cpu

just buy the best gpu you can afford.

sooner or later you will upgrade your pc, nice if you already have a good gpu for it.

i think the best gpu for i5 2400 is gt 1030 palit

A 2400 can handle at the best a 570

Look for used market 

I don't know how used market is where you live but consider looking at a 280x or something
