Small pc factor upgrade

Go to solution Solved by Oswin,

get yourself a rx570 instead

I am thinking of buying an hp g1 tower 800 and a gtx 1050ti 4gb for upgrade but will i need to change other stuff like the power supply:

Those are the specs:

  • Modèle : Hp Elitedesk 800 G1 Tower
  • Processeur : Intel® Core™ i5-4590 3.3 Ghz
  • Fonctions : Technologie Intel Turbo Boost 2.0
  • Vitesse maximale en mode Turbo : 3.7GHz
  • Mémoire Vive : 8 Go - DDR3 .
  • Disque dur : 500 Go .
  • Intel HD 4600
  • Lecteur : Graveur Dvd
  • 4 ports USB 3.0, 6 ports USB 2.0, 1 port série, 2 ports PS/2, 1 port VGA, 2 ports DisplayPort, 1 entrée audio, 1 sortie audio, 1 RJ-45, 1 sortie casque, 1 microphones
  • Carte graphqiue compatible : GT 750Ti - 1030 - Gtx 1050 - 1050Ti - 1060 6G0  un seule Ventilo( Rx 570 4 Go  Et  8 Go)
  •

For the new gpu i am thinking one of :

-PNY GeForce® GTX 1050 Ti 4GB XLR8 OC GAMING

-Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1050 OC 2G gigabyte

-GIGABYTE GEFORCE GT 1030 LOW PROFILE D4 2GB DDR4 - CARTE GRAPHIQUE

Which one would be the best i don't want for heavy games and i think the best one is the 1050ti 4gb ?and can i upgrade the ram like an additional 8gb DDR4 ?

Is it possible to change it all to ddr4 or the pc doesn't support it?

No it's different pin count and different pin layout and different firmware etc
