Hi I have bought the Gigabyte H110M-S2H mobo for my I5 7400 .

On the gigabyte website it says that it supports both 6th nd 7th gen cpus , however on the box it says 6th gen,

it doesn't mention 7th gen.

(I'm a new to pc stuff , this is going to be my first pc build)

Help :(

You might have to update the bios to support kaby lake

Ask a computer store if they can offer it

You will need a sky lake (6th gen) cpu to update it

But you maybe never know it could have shipped with the required bios to support kaby lake
