RAM usage way too high

So for the past week I noticed my ram usage has been way too high and I can't find what the reason is, maybe the answer is obvious but I am not a tech heavy guy so if anyone can help me solve this I would appreaciate it alot.

Does the problem come back after reboot? Could be a stuck process that just needs a reset to recover

Is there another user logged on? You should be able to display all processes that are using RAM...

Remove the video uses and malware and you'll be fine. Also don't use shady sites without a good AV solution
