Hi, so I had to have good fps in games, and I was able to stream from my pc at the same time
But something happened and my performance got so bad
Before with an rx 470, I was able to achieve 180-200 fps in Rainbow Six Siege, but now I nearly get 130-140 fps on low
CPU: i5 9600k

GPU: rx 5700 XT (Gigabyte)

Ram: Sk.Hynix 2666 mhz 1x16 GB

OS: Win 64bit

MTB: Gigabyte B360M-DS3H

          Newest BIOS (F16c)

PSU: 650W FSP
(I am playing on 1080p 144hz)

Idle temps and %

Can you run GPU and CPU stress tests and provide us with the temps ?

Did u DDU the GPU driver in safe mode then reinstall ?

I’m interested in timing here.  Apparently performance was good but became not good? How long ago? Was it a slow change or a fast one?  If it was fast did something change?

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

So, I ran an AIDA64 stress test, and the temps got up to:
CPU: 60-70 °C

GPU: 70-80 °C
And a black screen and reboot...

I reinstalled windows yesterday, so I have fresh drivers

Not from one day to the other, but maybe it was a month, and my performances got worst and worst

Those temps seem pretty good.  Implies it’s not a heat issue.

Seems like a GPU driver issue.

DDU the driver in safe mode.

Then install the latest driver with the latest fixes for the 5700XT from the AMD website.

So slow. Slow usually means heat buildup due to dust.  Heat doesn’t seem real bad though.  It might be your system is much more heat sensitive than normal.  I’m noticing you got a k chip.  Is there an OC?

No, my mtb doesn't allow it.. :/
I clean my pc "often" (in every few month)

Sorry, I dont know what DDU is :c and how should I do what you said

DDU stands for display driver uninstaller, just google it  and download it from the official site.

Then run it in safe mode, you can find guides on how to use it pretty easily.

And then download the latest drivers from the AMD website for your GPU, then install them.

done.

DDU is a pretty hardcore low level program that digs through old video driver stuff and pulls old bits out. It’s got pretty serious requirements for use and they’re not kidding about the requirements.  If they’re not all followed it can be dangerous.  It has to be run in safe mode for one thing.

DDU is a time saver that keeps one from having to wipe a drive and do a reinstall for a driver change.  The problem is bits of gpu driver get hidden in weird places with win10, and finding them and digging them out can be prohibitively difficult.

That’s often alright.  My pc is many years old and has been cleaned a total of twice I think.

That was a very short run with very little info given. But before you do anything else, just DDU your drivers and see if that fixes the problem. That is the easiest thing you can do and will just take around 10 minutes.

I did the DDU, and installed the newest "recommened" driver (not the "optiona"l because "optiona"l is usually unstable)

Then run a game for some longer time and log your GPU utilization, clock speeds, memory clock speeds, etc.

If all of them are 100% utilized, you don't have a hardware problem, but something else is using power.

Also for troubleshooting it would be good, if you could use something, that is reproduceable. Maybe use the unigine superposition benchmark instead of a game.
