Trying to identify unknown PCI device in windows.

Just got my new Asus Z490-E strix gaming motherboard and I've installed the chipset and lan after updating the bios but i cannot figure out what this missing device is. Any help would be appreciated.

On second reboot, the above driver was removed or uninstalled and the "PCI Simple Communications Controller" with the same hardware IDs as yours is still listed as a missing device. I am stuck. Asrock Z490m-ITX/AC

That's what I was leaning towards it being, I knew vender 8086 was intel. Thanks for the help. Appreciate it.
