I bought this PC recently and it was working fine until this started happening. Before i would just restart it and it would go away until i shut it down and turned it back on. I dont know if its the graphics card messing up or lack of power from the power supply. All the drivers are updated and I'm at a point where i don't know what to do next. It also wont let me change my display resolution.

is your gpu overclocked? this is usually the reason, if not try lowering the clock speed manually using msi afterburner (might be a factory overclock)

I don't think lack of power would cause something like that, that is usually a result of either an unstable overclock, bad graphics card memory, or driver issues. If you haven't yet, try to reinstall drivers and revert the card to stock if it is overclocked.
