RTX 2060 super underperforming

So about a month ago I built a pc for gaming with these specs:
Ryzen 5 2600
DDR4 3000mhz ram
Asus rog strix rtx 2060 super
b450 aorus m
wd green 240gb ssd
2 tb seagate barracuda

550 watt corsair non modular
Everything was fine for a long time until about a month later. My pc starts underperforming without any reason.
Extra details: There is a bit of sag on the gpu but i will fix it very soon with either a support leg or smth.
Please help i really need my performance to be back to normal.

i havent tried ddu uninstaller. 

temps r 37 celsius with cpu at 48 celsius

xmp is on.

the lag in performance was in gaming. dropped abt 100 frames in r6

Yeah that much is obvious, but you need to explain how it's under performing. We need numbers.

 

Half the time people are under the impression their gear should be better than it is, and without knowing exactly what it's doing we don't know where to begin to correct any issues that you might be having.

benchmarks seems fine, not dropping points but then in gaming it is. in r6 low settings i used to get 300 average fps and now it drops to abt only 150-200 fps low.
