I bought a pre-built PC 2 years ago. It is a G11CB by Asus (GTX 950, i5-6400). It's power rating is 220-240V, 50-60 Hz, 3A. I bought a UPS too. An APC BACK-UPS 600. I checked the power rating on it. Its output is 230V, 2.6A, 50Hz, 600VA, 360W. Is this UPS incompatible because its output current is less by 0.4A? If it is then which is a better alternative.

You should check how much your PC is actually drawing. The 3A - rating it says is just the absolute maximum it will draw, according to the manufacturer, but that number probably is calculated with all USB-ports, SATA-ports and everything in use and your PC likely isn't actually drawing that even under full load.
