Need help with front panel connectors

bubbl

I'm not sure if this is the right subforum, but here's my problem:

I have an NZXT H710 case, and a Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite motherboard. The F_Panel connector of the case doesn't seem to fit with the F_Panel connector on my motherboard. I attached some images. From all the youtube videos I've seen, the F_Panel connector has all been separate connectors that group together into that large block on the motherboard. I noticed that the pins on the F_Panel connector from the case match with the upper portion of the F_Panel connector on the motherboard, should I plug it into there?

Thanks for any assistance :)

There should be a break away cable for the F_Panel cable

Either @piratemonkey or quote me when responding to me. I won't see otherwise

In order for your cases to be used with certain AMD and smaller manufacturer's motherboards, they should have a breakout adapter cable that will detach the Intel F-panel port pin convention into separate pins. The breakout cable should be found in the accessory box included with your H-Series case.

Hope this helps :)

Sorry forgot to include step 2, after you find your breakout cable please follow your MB F-Panel chart. I gone ahead and found it for you but please confirm it in the included user manual.

your case should identify what exactly that cable is for on the fpanel.    What other wires do you have laying around from the front of the case?

you could just trace the wires to where the go and figure it out that way too

This looks like the Front panel Audio connector... not the power connectors...
